IdleBeats is the first independent print making studio in China, founded in 2009 and ran by Shanghai-based artists Nini Sum(China) and Gregor Koerting(Germany). The duo aims to bring original, affordable and soulful art to China also worldwide, their posters and prints have attracted a wide range of fans and collectors worldwide as well as attention from global medias such as BBC and CNNgo.

Not only just print makers, Nini and Gregor are both experienced all-rounder artists who also create illustrations, album art, oil paintings, comic books, sculptures, installations and never stop reaching hands to experimental and innovative art projects. They have made posters for musicians and bands like Motorhead, Melvins, Handsome Furs, been invited to crossover projects and live art performance by brands such as Vans, Casio, Uniqlo and Red Bull Music Academy. They've had exhibition and art fairs across the world, the recent ones include Druck Berlin Fesival and Art Print Asia Exhibition Sydney.

Nini Sum - painter, sculptor and print maker originally from Nanjing China now works and lives in Shanghai. Nini discovered her interest in print making in 2009 and started IdleBeats. Besides making prints she also does painting, drawing, sculpturing and installation.

Gregor Koerting - painter, print maker and comic artist originally from Dresden Germany. His art style combines hand-drawn / retro / psychedelic / mythology / timeless and kindness.

Gregor joined idlebeats shortly after its establishment. The love of print making and common artistic pursues pulled the duo together and they've been working side by side on drawing board and printing table from then on.

IdleBeats specialize in hand-drawn art creations, the duo has rich experience in poster art, illustration, canvas painting, wall painting, installation, sculpturing and all kinds of visual arts.

3) Live Printing Event Hosting
The studio collaborates with brands and agencies to host live screen printing stalls at events, parties and openings, inviting people to have a fun and educational printing experience on T-shirts, posters and tote bags on site.

4) Music & Art Event Visual Creation
IdleBeats works with musicians, record labels, bands, promoters and music festivals to create gig posters, album covers, mural paintings and event VI materials.

- All artworks are ORIGINALLY created by Nini, Gregor and IdleBeats' collaborative artists.
- All items are hand printed by IdleBeats, some bags are handmade as well(noted).
- All items are in limited editions, most editions are on their 1st, unless noted.
- Most prints are signed and numbered by artists, ones created by artists abroad are numbered/stamped by IdleBeats.
- Edition number and artist signature on fabric items (shirts/bags) are either printed or painted by hand.

• Shipping on prints costs a flat $15 for international shoppers.
• All orders will be shipped in 3 work days via China Post Registered Mail service, arriving worldwide within 10-30 days, a tracking number will be sent to you via email after shipment.
• Orders over $100 gets free delivery worldwide. Just choose 'Over 100USD Order Free International Delivery' while checking out.
• All posters and prints will be shipped rolled in paper tubes with free stickers and studio card.

Shanghai Area:
1. Cash-On-Delivery
Choose 'Pay On Delivery' during check out, we'll be emailing you to schedule a delivery time.
• POD is only available in central Shanghai area(Huangpu, Jing'an district etc.), extra shipping cost might be required due to the distance.

2. Pick-up
Welcome to drop by at IdleBeats studio(South Huangpi Lu, near Xintiandi) and pick up your prints/frames in person. Choose 'Pick Up' during check out and we'll be emailing you to schedule a pick up time.

3. Buy at IdleBeats poster booth
We host prints booths at fairs and concerts, sometimes exhibitions and special sales events, follow us on Facebook / Twitter / Weibo for event updates!

Framing Service
We provide framing service for all prints, please email us for details.

Prints are rolled and shipped in a tube expect the ones printed on fragile fine art paper which will be shipped flat.

All orders will be shipped out in three work days via China Post - Registered Mail Service, the package tacking website along with a corresponding online tracking number will be sent to your mail box.
